Fully remote role on Senture’s Business Development (BD) proposal team.

Senture delivers premium customer care to federal, state, and commercial clients. This role sits on the BD team and drives compliant, compelling RFx responses that win work.
What You’ll Do
- Write/own RFx narratives: technical, management, staffing, transition, QA/QC, and past performance
- Create/edit case studies, capability statements, white papers, and marketing one-pagers
- Interview SMEs; translate complex solutions (Cloud, AI Assistants/Bots, Conversational AI, call center ops) into clear value props
- Draft from bullets/discovery notes; iterate fast with red team feedback
- Format to spec in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, tables, cross-refs, TOC, automation); proof and finalize submissions
- Produce simple solution diagrams/visuals (high-level)
- Maintain/update boilerplate library when off-cycle
- Juggle shifting priorities and surge support during live proposals; attend standups and color team reviews
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related
- 3+ years Federal/SLED proposal writing experience (compliant, on-time, to requirements)
- Advanced Word skills (must-have); proficiency across Microsoft Office & Adobe
- Strong organization, ownership, and self-edit chops; calm under tight deadlines
- Comfortable with candid feedback and rapid revisions
- Baseline knowledge of call center operations and interest in emerging tech (Cloud/AI/Bots)
Nice to Have
- Visual aptitude for high-level solution diagrams
- Library/boilerplate management experience
