Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Patient Contact Center hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Shifts assigned based on business and specialty needs
- Evening hours earn a $2.00/hr shift differential
What You’ll Do
- Schedule, confirm, or cancel patient appointments while aligning with physician guidelines and patient preferences
- Collect accurate registration, demographic, and insurance details to support billing and services
- Handle non-scheduling inquiries and route calls appropriately
- Process multi-channel patient and physician requests (appointments, referrals, prescriptions)
- Maintain quality metrics and provide one-call resolution whenever possible
- Assist with training new hires and contribute to a supportive team environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of related customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and ability to work across multiple monitors and software programs
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
Remote Work Requirements
- Quiet, private workspace free of distractions
- Adequate home setup for employer-supplied equipment (monitors, keyboard, peripherals)
- High-speed internet via cable modem only (Wi-Fi not permitted without VPN)
