- Hourly role, $17–$19 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Contact eligible patients to explain program benefits and support enrollment
- Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility
- Enter and maintain accurate records in patient charts
- Communicate empathetically to build trust and encourage participation
- Collaborate with care teams and healthcare providers for seamless support
- Consistently meet or exceed enrollment goals
What You Need
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and accurate data entry
- Problem-solving ability and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Background check and drug screen required
