Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
  • Option to work from Washington, D.C. office or fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Lead client accounts as the main strategist and day-to-day contact.
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Write and review ad copy to maintain client voice and message.
  • Traffic and monitor live campaigns, analyzing daily reports and optimizing performance.
  • Develop direct response, persuasion, and awareness media plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Manage client invoicing, budgets, and escrow accounts.
  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, targeting, and creative to maximize results.
  • Generate detailed reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage client CRMs: upload lists, build landing pages, pull reports.
  • Oversee external vendor communication for ad buys.
  • Project manage tasks and delegate to client partners.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience running advertising campaigns on major platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to progressive politics.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with extended hours during election season.

Preferred but not required:

  • Agency experience.
  • Experience with political CRMs (ActionKit, Action Network, EveryAction/NGP, NationBuilder).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for landing page templating.
  • Experience placing programmatic ads with The Trade Desk or similar platforms.
