Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first (must be based in the US)

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams across time zones
Responsibilities
- Lead design for major features across mobile (iOS/Android) and web
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, visually appealing solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing, applying insights into product improvements
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA for seamless execution
- Advocate for accessibility and user-centered design
- Maintain and evolve design systems for scalability and consistency
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and thoughtfully apply them
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Proven success with both mobile and web platforms
- Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong grasp of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (native/near-native English)
- Must be US-based
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, HIPAA-compliant systems, or regulated industries
- Background in startups or product companies where design influenced business outcomes
