Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- Fully remote within the U.S. (minimal travel required)
Responsibilities
- Manage and post property listings on ILS platforms
- Handle applications, screenings, lease signings, and renewals
- Oversee marketing audits to maximize visibility
- Coordinate move-outs, inspections, and unit turns with maintenance/vendors
- Serve as main point of contact for tenants (residential and select small commercial)
- Support ~118 scattered-site units across Florida and Chicago
- Ensure compliance with income-restricted housing where required
- Assist with reporting and operational coordination
Requirements
- Proven leasing or property management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi)
- Affordable housing knowledge
Licensing & Requirements
- No degree required
- Must be U.S.-based
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours
