What You’ll Do
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Rebook missed demos and follow up to keep leads engaged
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to improve sales strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from engagement to follow-up
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while tracking performance metrics
- Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing processes
- Leverage GoHighLevel CRM (or similar platforms) to enhance client interactions
What You Need
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, with proven success in demos and client management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM a strong plus
