Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST (one-hour lunch)
- Must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and autodialer calls from potential clients
- Explain representation documents clearly and patiently
- Walk clients through electronic signing via text and email
- Document calls accurately and prepare for the next connection
- Provide persuasive, professional support to help clients complete forms
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Persuasive and professional phone presence
- Ability to explain technology clearly to non-tech-savvy clients
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling hundreds of calls per day
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
- Must have reliable attendance and independence in a fast-paced environment
Remote Work Setup
- Desk, chair, and quiet workspace free from distractions
- Personal high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi only not acceptable)
- Must remain logged into work systems during all scheduled hours
Compensation & Benefits
- $15/hour base pay
- Monthly bonus eligibility after 2 months of employment
