Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (US-based)
  • Up to 25% travel

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Advisors across the US to deliver exceptional service
  • Build and execute strategies that increase adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for healthcare clients, helping optimize clinical workflows with PerfectServe’s solutions
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and manage escalations
  • Use customer health metrics and insights to identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive continuous process improvements across Salesforce workflows, playbooks, and enablement tools
  • Lead communications during service incidents, including on-call coordination and post-incident reviews
  • Depending on experience, expand into team scaling, executive stakeholder management, and strategic planning

What You Need

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS leadership
  • 2+ years of people management with a track record of coaching and developing teams
  • Strong record of improving retention, adoption, and revenue growth
  • Technical acumen to translate complex concepts into customer value
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging executives
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare communication, or LEAN methodologies

Preferred

  • MBA, MSN, or advanced degree
  • Experience managing multiple SaaS product lines and customer segments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Atlassian (Confluence & Jira), and Zendesk
