Schedule
- Remote role (based in New York, NY)
- Full-time, 40-hour work week
- Must be flexible with varied shifts and occasional weekends
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and emails to resolve customer concerns
- Probe to uncover root causes, identify needs, and offer innovative solutions
- Retain customers by reselling the value of Fetch products and negotiating renewals
- Act as a liaison and advocate for the customer voice across Fetch teams
- Provide personalized recommendations based on policy details and pet health insights
- Document all customer interactions accurately in tracking systems
- Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements
What You Need
- 2+ years of call center experience (retention experience preferred)
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states (company will sponsor licensing if needed)
- Strong multitasking abilities (systems navigation, active listening, and communication simultaneously)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- High empathy, patience, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using phone applications, G-Suite, and Internet browsers
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload minimum)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Office setup must fit dual monitors, laptop, keyboard, mouse, and headset
- Ability to self-install equipment with remote IT support
