Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Paid weekly
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first several months
- Take inbound calls and complete daily follow-ups with clients
- Listen empathetically, answer objections, and guide clients through program details
- Deliver clear, accurate information about services and processes
- Navigate internal systems to manage client data efficiently
- Maintain service quality standards and meet performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 1–2 years of retention or sales experience in a high-volume call center
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and resolve issues effectively
- Strong typing, math, and computer skills
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps minimum) and Wi-Fi access
- High school diploma or GED required
