Schedule

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and route them appropriately
- Assist with account updates, contract details, and payment processing
- Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences
- Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships for long-term satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism in communication and deliver excellent service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn CRM systems
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Background check required
