Schedule

  • Remote position within the U.S.
  • Full-time role with collaborative team support
  • Eligible for overtime pay (hours over 40/week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage active physician and practice accounts daily, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Secure renewals for existing business and upsell additional products and opportunities
  • Onboard new accounts and ensure prompt, seamless setup
  • Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, editorial, research, social, and operations teams
  • Handle partner operations such as invoicing, agreements, and reporting
  • Track accounts and interactions through CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Troubleshoot client issues and deliver creative, timely solutions
  • Balance multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and exceed team targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of account management, sales, or customer success experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience working with physicians, practice managers, or healthcare providers is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Professional, customer-first communication style (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and email marketing platforms
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
