Schedule
- Full-time, work-from-home position
- Hours of operation: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM EST
- Shift assignments based on business needs, including evening shifts (with $2.00/hour differential)
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel medical appointments according to patient preferences and physician guidelines
- Accurately collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information
- Respond to non-scheduling inquiries and route calls appropriately
- Provide one-call resolution whenever possible
- Handle multi-channel messages (appointments, referrals, prescriptions, complaints)
- Achieve contact center service and quality goals
- Assist with training initiatives for new hires
- Collaborate as a team member to prioritize and complete daily work
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Strong computer literacy, including ability to navigate multiple monitors and software applications
- Customer service and communication skills essential
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
Work From Home Requirements
- Quiet, private, distraction-free workspace
- Adequate space for employer-supplied equipment (monitors, keyboard, etc.)
- High-speed internet: cable modem only (DSL, wireless, satellite not permitted)
- Minimum speeds: 75 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload
- Ping <150 ms, jitter <30 ms
- Wired Ethernet connection required (VPN-secured Wi-Fi permitted)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $15.25/hour (higher rates based on experience)
- Evening shift differential: $2.00/hour
