Schedule

  • 100% remote (U.S. based)
  • Full-time role, flexible with distributed team across time zones
  • May require occasional travel to Denver HQ or other U.S. offices

Responsibilities

  • Provide software support via tickets, chat, and calls, ensuring fast, professional responses
  • Troubleshoot web, mobile (iOS), and partner integrations for DrChrono users
  • Identify root causes, deliver clear solutions, and delight customers with each interaction
  • Proactively flag recurring issues and escalate unresolved cases when needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and account management teams
  • Represent the voice of the customer by capturing feedback to improve product and service
  • Build knowledge base content and improve self-service resources
  • Track all cases with internal tools and meet/exceed team goals for resolution speed and satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing service or technical support
  • 3+ years troubleshooting software/tech systems
  • 1+ year in healthcare/billing setting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to handle high client volume
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong customer focus with high empathy and clear communication
  • Experience with Zendesk and Jira preferred
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Compensation
$17.00 – $19.50 per hour, based on location and experience.
