Contract Term
September 2025 – March 2026 (6 months). Fully remote within the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a portfolio of employer accounts; act as the primary, trusted point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Partner closely with channel/payer executives to manage joint client relationships and unlock expansion.
  • Run account rhythms (QBRs, exec updates, project plans) aligned to mutually agreed goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze engagement, utilization, and outcomes; translate insights into clear recommendations and action.
  • Resolve issues and escalations by orchestrating cross-functional teams (Support, Operations, Analytics, Product, Sales).
  • Convert client success into advocacy (references, case studies, events).
  • Own retention plays and support pipeline growth/upsell opportunities across your book.
  • Serve as the client voice internally to inform product roadmaps and program marketing.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6 years in account management/client services within digital health, healthcare, channel partnerships, or benefits.
  • Required: direct experience partnering with payers and/or benefits vendors.
  • Proven renewal and satisfaction results; adept at prioritizing across a high-volume book.
  • Executive-level presence with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solver; comfortable with dashboards and storytelling from data.
  • Full post-sale lifecycle ownership (adoption, training, account management).
  • Tools: Salesforce, Looker, Microsoft/Google productivity suites.
  • Bonus: digital health (wellness/family health), employer benefits program support.

Compensation

  • $50–$70/hour (contract). Final rate based on skills, experience, and location.
