Team & Coverage
The Care Delivery team (Care Coaches + Care Advocates) supports members 24/7/365. Current hiring shifts:

  • Sunday–Thursday, 3:00–11:30 PM ET
  • Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00–11:30 PM ET or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM ET

What You’ll Do

  • Engage members to opt into coaching programs; clearly convey Maven benefits and drive enrollment.
  • Apply coaching frameworks (e.g., SMART goals, MI) to create, refine, and track longitudinal care plans.
  • Run successive intro + follow-up appointments; own a caseload and maintain proactive outreach cadence.
  • Assess barriers and health literacy; tailor education across diverse ages, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with member care teams; integrate provider recommendations and update plans accordingly.
  • Monitor member data remotely; follow protocols to intervene and escalate when indicated.
  • Coordinate seamless access across Maven’s digital network and external in-person resources.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives; jump in to provide coverage so all members get timely care.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Care Delivery, Support, Provider, Product, and Clinical Innovation teams.
  • Anticipate and address social determinants of health needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of health coaching experience.
  • Residence: AZ, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA, VT, or WI.
  • Health coaching certification (NBC-HWC or ICF).
  • Proven KPI attainment (opt-in rates, follow-up adherence, member satisfaction).
  • Empathetic written/verbal communication; growth mindset; comfort in fast-changing environments.
  • Tech-savvy with new tools/systems on a remote team.

Preferred

  • Experience in family-building & maternal-child health (fertility, pregnancy), especially high-risk.
  • Clinical background (nursing or behavioral health).
  • Startup/fast-pace experience; Google Workspace, CRM, EHRs, Zendesk proficiency.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $62,000–$70,000
  • Equity and full benefits eligible
  • Final offer depends on skills, experience, and location

Work Model
Maven embraces a flexible hybrid model with hubs in the NYC metro area; SF Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, and DC (quarterly “Work Together Days” in non-NY hubs). This role is fully remote within the U.S. and requires active U.S. work authorization.
