Schedule
- Temporary role through December 31, 2025 (completion bonus provided)
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones)
- Start date: September 22, 2025
- 2 weeks of paid training
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first voice of Sprinter Health, introducing patients to no-cost in-home health services
- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer, connecting with 70–80 patients on average
- Book ~14 appointments per day with compassion, trust, and clarity
- Educate patients and caregivers on the importance and benefits of in-home services
- Build a strong understanding of partner care models to answer patient questions confidently
- Escalate issues as needed to ensure seamless patient experience
- Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals for smooth operations
Requirements
- Residence in MST or PST time zones
- 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1+ year in healthcare
- Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare software
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service
- Experience with Five9, Zendesk, and Mac systems
- Preferred: Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack
