Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Flexible schedule blocks may include:
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST (+/- 2 hours)
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM EST (+/- 2 hours)
• 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM EST (+/- 2 hours)
• Weekends
What You’ll Do
- Handle calls and correspondence about pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
- Clearly document issues and resolutions in call tracking systems
- Assist network pharmacies with processing prescription claims and reviewing for accuracy
- Advocate for customers, follow through on resolutions, and provide professional support
- Collaborate across teams in a respectful, team-oriented environment
What You Need
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- 3–5 years of experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
- Detail-oriented, analytical, empathetic, and an effective problem-solver
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize in fast-changing environments
