Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Hourly pay: $16 – $20.34
- 10-hour shifts, A or B shift rotation
- A Shift: Sunday–Wednesday
- B Shift: Wednesday–Saturday
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule patient healthcare appointments
- Answer inbound calls to assist with pre- and post-visit support
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and complete non-clinical documentation
- Provide on-demand support for patients, providers, and mobile health clinicians
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and other platforms
- Coordinate with clinical teams and field staff to ensure seamless care
- Document patient interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems
- Participate in team meetings, QA reviews, and process updates
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in call center, customer service, or phone-based support
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and active listening skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, or similar tools
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, sales, patient scheduling, or medical billing
- Familiarity with AthenaHealth EMR, Five9 phone systems, or CRM platforms
