Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product life cycle, including feature definition and roadmap prioritization
- Conduct market research and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, prospects, and analysts
- Write and present business plans, including target markets, user personas, revenue potential, and competitive analysis
- Translate market and operational needs into actionable product features
- Serve as the subject matter expert on competitive analysis at the technical feature level
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and assets
- Conduct win/loss analyses to identify product or feature gaps
Requirements
- 3+ years of software product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of B2B dynamics and insurance lines of business preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to make executive-level recommendations
- Strong market research skills and ability to synthesize insights into product direction
- Experience interacting with integrators and third-party service providers
- English fluency at native level
Compensation
- $120,000 – $140,000 annually (final offer based on skills, experience, and qualifications)
