Schedule

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage implementation of benefit data feeds (EDI, API, flat file) across carriers, payroll, HRIS platforms, and vendors
- Analyze specifications, map data, and configure file feeds according to required formats and protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners to ensure accurate setup and ongoing data integrity
- Perform end-to-end testing, validate accuracy, and troubleshoot transmission errors
- Monitor and maintain ongoing feeds, resolving issues quickly to ensure seamless operations
- Serve as a technical point of contact for file-related issues and provide clear documentation of processes
- Stay current with industry standards (HIPAA, EDI 834, COBRA, ACA reporting) and ensure compliance
- Support special projects such as migrations, automation, and process improvements
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in benefits administration, HR tech, or data integration
- Familiarity with EDI formats, especially 834 enrollment files
- Working knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, FSA/HSA plans
- Experience with benefits platforms (bswift, enavigator highly preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
