Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop teams responsible for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes
  • Guide team in managing weekly file feeds, constant workflows, and escalations
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to build high-performing staff
  • Collaborate with field reps, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Improve workflow efficiency and monitor performance metrics
  • Lead or participate in projects to enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify innovative solutions based on industry trends

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in a service-based environment (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Background in insurance, eligibility, or benefits administration; EDI experience a plus
  • Proven track record in mentoring, conflict resolution, and staff development
  • Ability to manage complex workflows and provide clear performance reporting
  • Comfortable with technology and systems administration; EDI or IT project experience a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Estimated salary range: $74,000 – $95,500 per year + annual bonus
