Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
- Flexibility required, including nights and weekends for urgent issues
What You’ll Do
- Review and process withdrawals across PayPal, Paysafe, Worldpay, and PayNearMe
- Monitor payment accounts and ensure timely reconciliation
- Investigate discrepancies, chargebacks, and failed transactions
- Track and analyze fraud cases, costs, and KPIs
- Monitor fraud alerting tools and respond to suspicious activity in real time
- Collaborate with Product to refine fraud prevention strategies and rules
- Manage and prioritize payment-related tickets in Jira
- Serve as the primary contact for all payments and fraud matters
- Evaluate and maintain vendor relationships; explore new payment features
- Lead policy, vendor, and tool selection for fraud and payments
What You Need
- 5+ years in payments or fraud operations (regulated gaming strongly preferred)
- Experience in DFS, iGaming, or real-money sports platforms (KYC, AML, chargeback)
- Knowledge of payment platforms (PayPal, Paysafe, Worldpay, PayNearMe, Xpoint)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets
- Vendor management experience
- Strong fraud analytics and KPI reporting skills
- Ability to work off-hours when urgent payment or fraud issues arise
Compensation
- Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year (depending on experience)
- Bonus potential considered based on scope and impact
