Schedule
- Contract-to-hire role (U.S.) or consultant role (international)
- Initial schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM ET (subject to change)
- Must reside in EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones
What You’ll Do
- Provide live customer support via email and chat (Zendesk, Intercom)
- Resolve account, billing, and contest inquiries, including withdrawals, identity verification, and gameplay questions
- Escalate critical site issues and support requests to appropriate channels
- Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and empathetically
- Handle a high volume of support requests in a professional, sports-savvy manner
What You Need
- 2+ years in customer support or operations (sports, tech, or start-up a plus)
- Strong written communication and ability to de-escalate high-stakes inquiries
- Knowledge of sports, fantasy sports, and gaming required
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools
- Experience with fraud detection, payments, or online gaming systems preferred
- Strong internet connection and reliable remote setup
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Compensation
- U.S. candidates: $15/hour or applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher
- International candidates: Competitive local market rates
