Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of low-spend SaaS accounts with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and renewals
- Drive customer awareness, product adoption, and re-engagement through consistent, repeatable outreach campaigns
- Partner with Finance to resolve payment disputes, escalations, and account issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers are supported and guided toward positive renewal decisions
- Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve engagement
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customers and enhance processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Strong organizational skills to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Support
- SaaS or subscription-based business model experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
