What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze customer pay repair orders (ROs) to calculate average labor rates and parts markups
- Prepare and submit complete filing packages, including documentation, summaries, and forms, to manufacturers
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer rules, state laws, and deadlines to reduce denials
- Respond to inquiries from dealerships and manufacturers regarding submissions or clarifications
- Maintain accurate records of all submissions and provide status updates to dealership management
- Stay current with policy updates on warranty labor and parts reimbursement
- Support special projects as assigned by management
What You Need
- 1–2 years of dealership service department experience (warranty admin, service advisor, technician, service manager, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation
- Ability to interpret and apply manufacturer guidelines and policies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
