What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the FileSmart team and dealer clients
  • Obtain invoices via secure remote screenshare or file sharing
  • Review invoice data sets, validate accuracy, and use PDF editing tools for preparation
  • Utilize proprietary software to identify warranty data patterns
  • Maintain effective documentation in CRM and Google Workspace tools
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients via phone and email
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management
  • Follow defined processes and ensure high-priority tasks are completed on time
  • Support special projects as assigned

What You Need

  • 1+ year of automotive or office experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with learning new software tools
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and persistent in communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
