What You’ll Do
- Support UI/UX design efforts across Dynatron’s SaaS platform
- Own small- to medium-sized design projects end-to-end and support larger initiatives
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews (WCAG/ADA compliance)
- Translate research insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to simplify complex workflows and improve usability
- Contribute to the Figma-based design system for consistency and scalability
- Participate in sprint planning, QA checks, and release coordination
- Stay current with industry design trends and emerging AI/automation tools
What You Need
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI, ideally B2B SaaS
- Portfolio showcasing UX flows, wireframes, and polished UI work
- Experience with Figma, design systems, and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability standards
- Background or interest in accessibility and data-dense interfaces
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
- Bonus: experience with AI-driven design tools or workflows
