Schedule
- Full-time position
- Remote eligible, but candidates must be local to Jacksonville, FL
- Call center environment with inbound/outbound calls
- Evening and weekend availability may be required
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups, ensuring exceptional service every time
- Access loan information and provide accurate, timely support to customers
- Explain policies and procedures clearly and professionally
- Manage schedules, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines
- Build positive customer relationships while safeguarding confidentiality and data security
- Maintain attendance standards and adhere to company policies
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–1 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional, patient, and polite in all customer interactions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Workplace Conditions
- Primarily sedentary role with occasional standing, walking, bending, or lifting (up to 20 lbs.)
- Regular use of computers, phone systems, and office equipment
