Schedule
- Remote, full-time position
- Open to applicants residing in AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, WI
- Base pay starts at $50,000 with uncapped commission and bonuses
- Projected annual earnings: $150,000+
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle SaaS sales, from outbound prospecting to closing complex B2B deals
- Build relationships with mid-level and executive stakeholders across industries
- Apply consultative, value-based selling techniques to uncover and solve client needs
- Generate your own pipeline through modern outbound methods (email, calls, social outreach)
- Run structured discovery calls, ROI analysis, and multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Manage territory with autonomy while consistently achieving or surpassing quota
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (BDRs, Engineers, Customer Success) to deliver results
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive sales culture
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven record of $1M+ quota attainment and President’s Club/top 10% recognition
- Expertise in recurring revenue models, value-based selling, and structured methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
- Strong prospecting ability using tools like Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience selling into HR, Safety, Compliance, or Operations teams preferred
- Excellent communication skills—polished, persuasive, and professional
- Salesforce or HubSpot CRM discipline and data-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Experience in both startups and enterprise sales environments
- Familiarity with bundled pricing models and enterprise procurement processes
