Schedule

  • Remote, full-time role
  • Open to applicants residing in AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, WI
  • Compensation starts at $20/hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist Corporate Onboarding Coordinators and Managers with presentations, documentation, and client communications
  • Manage onboarding milestones, deliverables, and project timelines for corporate clients
  • Gather and document client-specific configuration requirements for internal teams
  • Provide responsive, professional communication and follow-up during account setup and implementation
  • Maintain accuracy of customer records in CRM and onboarding trackers
  • Support onboarding-related administrative tasks and ongoing account management functions
  • Safeguard Foley and customer data, ensuring compliance with privacy/security policies
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Operations, Product, and Technology teams
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Foley products, services, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by creating process guides and evaluating client needs

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of customer success or customer service experience
  • Project management or onboarding experience preferred
  • Basic generative AI knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset
