Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Must be able to manage a high volume of client calls and communications
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and client inquiries
- Provide accurate information on products, programs, and services
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and document resolutions using ticketing systems
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Accurately document and track client interactions and outcomes
- Recommend solutions to retain clients and improve satisfaction
- Stay current with industry updates and company offerings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience; call center or healthcare support preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician credential strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate difficult interactions
- Ability to analyze problems, adapt problem-solving methods, and follow processes
- Proficient writing and documentation skills
- Experience with healthcare professionals in fast-paced environments a plus
Physical Requirements
- Primarily sedentary role with extended computer and phone use
- Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs., reaching, filing, and bending
Compensation & Benefits
- $22 per hour, with potential bonus/commission opportunities
