Schedule
- Full-time, permanent remote role (available in select states: AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA, MO).
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Guide clients through the electronic signing of 5500 filings and other processes.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
- Upload and manage investment management statements.
- Track accounts for pending documents and communicate requirements to clients.
- Conduct reminder calls to ensure clients complete filings and amendments.
- Use E-Signature software to deliver documents.
- Support Account Specialists and assist with departmental initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training to become a subject matter expert in 401(k) plans.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate client concerns.
- Experience in the finance industry a plus.
- Must have a home office workspace with high-speed internet.
