Schedule
- Contract role, 100% remote (USA)
- Standard weekday schedule
- Must be able to meet department KPIs and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit applications for EDI claims and ERA setup through clearinghouses and payer portals.
- Configure EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) applications with payers.
- Investigate provider enrollment denials and errors with payers, ensuring resolution.
- Review payer correspondence and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Serve as liaison between Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Strategy & Operations teams for enrollment tasks.
- Maintain accurate and updated enrollment records within Candid Health systems.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management (medical billing or healthcare/healthtech).
- EDI enrollment experience strongly preferred; Change Healthcare familiarity a plus.
- Investigative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with effective multitasking abilities.
- Positive, cooperative attitude and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to balance quality with efficiency.
Compensation
- $22 – $27 per hour (based on skills and experience).
