Responsibilities
- Support new providers through enrollment and credentialing with insurance carriers, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain re-credentialing records to ensure continued provider participation with payers.
- Serve as liaison with providers and carriers, following up weekly to resolve issues and move applications forward.
- Research Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers to support expansion into new states and health plans.
- Track provider status, compliance, and data across systems and spreadsheets.
- Provide guidance to management, providers, billing staff, and external stakeholders regarding credentialing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with all levels of the organization and outside entities.
- Perform related tasks to support the broader provider enrollment team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare industry experience.
- Previous enrollment or credentialing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
