What You’ll Do
- Verify data on payments and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client instructions.
- Process client statements, banking documents, and settlement offers.
- Navigate internal systems to locate and update client records.
- Maintain productivity standards while meeting departmental deadlines.
- Support other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with team members.
What You Need
- High school diploma (BA preferred or equivalent experience).
- At least 6+ months of data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and programs.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed guidelines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience meeting departmental quotas or productivity goals preferred.
- Debt Pay Pro knowledge is a plus.
