Schedule

Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls from clients and provide clear, accurate support.
- Make outbound calls to update clients and answer program-related questions.
- Respond to concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Accurately document client communications and status updates in the CRM system.
- Deliver accurate explanations of products and services.
- Navigate internal systems to locate and update client information.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve client issues.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting service and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- 1–2 years of customer service, retention, or collections experience preferred.
- Familiarity with F.D.C.P.A. guidelines a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate typing and math skills to meet production standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and history of reliable attendance.
