Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Territory coverage: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee
- Up to 75% domestic travel required
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Drive new account growth and expand existing accounts via product launches and tailored marketing support.
- Educate clinicians on product clinical value, safety, and indications.
- Conduct consultative sales to identify customer pain points and provide solutions, securing adoption and long-term utilization of NavDx.
- Engage stakeholders including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, otolaryngologists, and colorectal surgeons.
- Manage territory efficiently with strategic call planning, Salesforce CRM, and timely administrative follow-up.
- Represent Naveris with professionalism and strict adherence to ethical, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years in healthcare sales, with at least 5+ years in start-up environments (preferred).
- 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to oncology care providers (strongly preferred).
- Proven record of exceeding sales goals in complex sales environments.
- Experience launching new LDTs and managing large, multi-state territories independently.
- Successful engagement with oncologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Knowledge of strategic sales processes and methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman).
- Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Strict adherence to HIPAA requirements for patient data protection is mandatory.
- Completion of HIPAA training and immediate reporting of suspected violations required.
