Schedule
- Temporary position through December 31, 2025 (completion bonus provided)
- Start Date: September 22, 2025
- Full-time, remote (must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone)
- Two weeks of training
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound patient requests from outreach campaigns.
- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer, connecting with 70–80 patients on average.
- Book approximately 14 patient appointments per day.
- Educate patients on the benefits of in-home services provided by Sprinter Health.
- Build trust and rapport with patients and caregivers to encourage scheduling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner care models to answer patient questions.
- Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless experiences.
- Escalate complex cases or concerns to appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Residence in MST or PST time zones.
- 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare.
- Experience using EHR systems and healthcare software.
- Proficiency in Five9 and Zendesk.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills across phone, email, and chat.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality service.
- Experience using a Mac.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Slack.
