Schedule

  • Part-time, remote position based in the U.S.
  • 1–3 pre-scheduled video calls per day (no cold calling)
  • Flexible scheduling—you set your availability

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled video calls daily with prospective clients interested in executive recruitment services
  • Qualify inquiries using a structured framework to ensure alignment and mutual fit
  • Clearly articulate the value of Keller’s recruitment solutions, focusing on business impact and ROI
  • Capture client requirements and seamlessly transition qualified prospects to the recruiting team
  • Provide timely follow-up for new leads and clients, coordinating next steps and documenting expectations
  • Log call notes, statuses, and pipeline updates in CRM and Slack
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance conversion and client experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of success in full-cycle recruiting or consultative B2B sales
  • At least 25+ years of overall professional work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to simplify complex hiring solutions
  • Active listening and qualification skills with proven ability to uncover client needs
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying and solving process challenges
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office tools
  • Self-directed and reliable, with a professional home office setup
