Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not available to candidates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, New York, or Washington

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts, resolving client and family concerns promptly.
  • Act as liaison between patients and internal Charlie Health teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach, Utilization Review).
  • Support client-related requests to enhance the treatment experience.
  • Proactively address attendance gaps by contacting clients and resolving barriers to treatment.
  • Share aftercare resources (outpatient therapy, etc.) and assist families in scheduling appointments post-treatment.
  • Manage and reschedule client appointments as needed.
  • Document all interactions and updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adapt to organizational changes to meet evolving client needs.
  • Meet performance KPIs, including call resolution, daily talk time, aftercare scheduling, and customer satisfaction scores.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years in customer/patient success or support role (healthcare setting preferred).
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults strongly preferred.
  • 1–2 years of Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience required.
  • 1–2 years using contact center technology.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to support clients with empathy.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA standards and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMRs.

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on location and experience.
  • Eligible for bonuses and other incentive compensation packages.
