Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Core locations: New York, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle
  • Standard business hours with flexibility for client needs

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of live banking clients with regular check-ins and relationship building
  • Handle support escalations, troubleshoot platform issues, and resolve urgent problems in real time
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations and identify upsell opportunities
  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering to advocate for customer needs
  • Train bank employees on platform usage and best practices
  • Manage support ticket flow and ensure timely resolution of client issues
  • Plan and execute customer events, including summits and user conferences
  • Support implementations during peak periods with configuration and project management
  • Create and maintain release notes and customer communications
  • Navigate difficult customer relationships and de-escalate tense situations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success, account management, or related experience
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a genuine care for customer outcomes
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability

Nice to Haves

  • Background in banking, fintech, or financial services
  • B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
  • Contract negotiation and renewal experience
  • Technical skills to understand integrations and platform functionality
