What You’ll Do
- Handle inquiries related to member services, Medicare, and billing with professionalism and accuracy
- Document and resolve customer issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Collaborate with health plan staff, medical groups, and facilities to resolve member concerns
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service while maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed contact center KPIs such as call handling, first-call resolution, and member retention
- Uphold compliance standards, protect member privacy, and maintain confidentiality
What You Need
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or healthcare member interaction experience
- Prior call center or health insurance industry experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM with 5% or lower error rate
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
