About AcutePet Urgent Care
AcutePet Urgent Care is building a new kind of veterinary urgent care that ensures pets get the help they need when it matters most. Behind the scenes, our Finance team plays a vital role in keeping operations steady, ensuring accuracy, smooth systems, and strong support for every clinic across the network.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • Standard business hours: 9 AM–5 PM ET

Responsibilities

  • Review and code vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts or purchase orders
  • Enter and reconcile corporate credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online
  • Review employee expense reports for policy compliance and reconcile with receipts
  • Support vendor management, including onboarding, W-9 collection, and record maintenance
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve financial questions and streamline processes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting systems)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Comfort working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
  • Discretion in handling sensitive financial and employee information
