What You’ll Do
- Review and process vendor, consultant, and subcontractor invoices for compliance with federal regulations and FAR standards
- Manage 2-way and 3-way purchase order matching
- Process subcontractor invoices, ensuring unallowable costs are identified and tracked
- Reconcile vendor accounts, prepare monthly statements, and ensure 1099 compliance
- Execute vendor and employee payments via ACH, e-check, and payment portals
- Maintain audit-ready records to support DCAA and oversight audits
- Serve as liaison with vendors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare documentation for state and federal audits
- Support other accounting team objectives as needed
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, OR High School diploma + 5 years of AP experience
- Required: Experience in government contracting with FAR/DCAA compliance knowledge
- Strong experience with accounts payable, PO matching, subcontractor invoicing, and vendor management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Deltek CostPoint or JAMIS Prime ERP preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
