Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Standard weekday schedule, with flexibility for high-volume needs
What You’ll Do
- Manage the filing team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Train new team members and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee filing reports, transactions, and reconciliation in InsCipher Connect
- Research and maintain compliance requirements across jurisdictions
- Handle escalated issues and provide documented feedback to clients, states, or team members
- Support state audits with required documentation
- Lead team meetings and align goals with company priorities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and state contacts
- Support leadership with special projects and ad hoc requests
What You Need
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Surplus Lines reporting and tax payments
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
