- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients and schedule various appointment types across multiple locations
- Provide high-quality customer service, helping patients feel supported from the first interaction
- Identify the appropriate location, clinician, and service type based on the patient’s needs
- Document appointments and calls with accuracy in the CRM system
- Manage incoming faxes and route general inquiry calls
- Follow up with patients for no-shows and rescheduled appointments
- Uphold Hanger’s values of trust, integrity, and patient-centered care
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines, insurance terms, and billing codes (ICD-10, HCPC/CPT)
- Comfortable using Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMR systems (NextGen preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and dependable
- Spanish fluency preferred
- DME/Orthotic experience is a plus
