What You’ll Do
- Speak with warm leads—no cold calling
- Evaluate each client’s financial situation and offer the most appropriate debt resolution program
- Build rapport and trust quickly to guide clients through decision-making
- Adhere to all compliance and sales process standards
- Complete a certification program to become a Certified Debt Specialist
- Earn uncapped commissions based on the amount of debt enrolled
What You Need
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Sales experience (required)
- Financial services background (preferred)
- Motivated and goal-driven personality
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet
- Must reside in the 48 contiguous U.S. states
Benefits
- Base pay: $15–$18.15/hour + uncapped commissions
