  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote
  • Call center operates 7 days/week
  • Shifts available: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–10:00pm CST; Saturday–Sunday, 7:00am–9:00pm CST

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver best-in-class phone-based customer service by addressing client requests and anticipating needs
  • Analyze client problems and provide solutions using active listening and CRM tools
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM for accurate tracking
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Educate clients on the benefits and processes of Beyond’s financial programs

What You Need

  • 1 year of call center experience (required)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • High-speed, hardwired internet connection (required)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and remote work technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly
  • Distraction-free home office environment
